Private Instruction Rates

We are very pleased to offer private lessons for hitting, fielding, catching, and pitching and our prices will NOT be beat for thirty or sixty minute lessons!  If you would like to book a personal lesson with any of our outstanding instructors, please reach out to info@thecagesme.com for pricing and availability.  We prefer to discuss lessons prior to simply booking them to ensure expectations are met from our customers. 

30 minute hitting/fielding lesson: $55

60 minute hitting/fielding lesson: $100

Hitting/Catching/Fielding Group Lessons

Group lessons are a way to get the best bang for your buck!  Have a couple of players, and an instructor, that you enjoy working with?  Book a group lesson and save some money while still getting in your work.  Given these are group lessons, they are only available in 60 minute blocks.  

Two player group lesson:  $55 per player

Three player group lesson: $45 per player

Four player group lesson: $35 per player

Travis Demmons

Travis is the co-director of the New England Elite Softball program where his main focus is advocacy and showcase teams.  Travis is known for his innovative ideas, timeliness and responsiveness which are invaluable in the director role.

Travis is a Head Coach for USA Softball HPP U17 level and  is currently an Assistant Softball Coach at St. Joseph's College.  Travis is the former Windham HS Varsity Head Coach. In his four seasons at Windham, his teams compiled a 48-27 record with four straight playoff appearances after a seven year playoff drought at Windham. Prior to coaching at WHS, Travis was the head coach at Windham Middle School and has spent several seasons coaching at the Little League Level. 

Travis played baseball for twelve years culminating with his Bangor HS team winning the 1994 State Championship. Travis' passion for the game, attention to detail, connections within the industry, and leadership are huge assets to our organization.

When Travis isn't working on softball he spends time with his wonderful wife Michelle spending time with their family, Meg, TT, and Jacob at their new camp, where we will unplug the internet so Travis will stop working. ;)

Fred is the co-director of the New England Elite softball program where his focus is player development and marketing. Fred is the current Windham High School Varsity Head Coach after serving several years as the Windham HS assistant coach and Windham Middle School head coach. He has accumulated several years of experience coaching at the ASA level over the years. 

Prior to coaching at the ASA, Middle School and High School levels, Fred spent several years coaching for Windham Little League and served on the Windham LL board with player development as his main focus. 

Fred is the owner of AAA Chem-Dry; a national carpet and upholstery cleaning company. 

Fred has a beautiful wife Natalie and two daughters, Chloe and Ella. When Fred is not watching Chloe play softball at Colby College or behind the plate for Ella, you will find him enjoying time with their two golden retrievers. 

 

 

CODY DUBE - LEAD BASEBALL INSTRUCTOR

Cody Dube graduated from Windham High School and Keene State College in New Hampshire with a degree in Occupational Safety and Health. Cody is currently the Varsity Baseball Coach for Windham High School.

After Cody’s senior year in high school as a player, he earned the Edson Hadlock Award as the most valuable pitcher and the Freddy parent Award for all around effort, dedication, and attitude. During college, Cody played as a relief pitcher, starting pitcher, first baseman, third baseman, and designated hitter and earned the 2016 Little East Conference Pitcher of the Year award, New England regional honors, and was a Division 3 All-American.

After his Senior season, Cody was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles as a pitcher in the 10th round, 301st overall. Cody played two seasons in the minor leagues, finishing with a 5-3 record and a 3.17 era in 93 innings pitched.

Cody decided to move on from professional baseball after his second season and pursue a career with Langford & Low Construction as a project manager and return to his former high school as the head coach. Cody resides in Gorham with his wife Alyssa, dog Revvy, and enjoys snowmobiling, skiing, and anything outdoors.
